Built by a Burner.For Burners.

Jagerbikes Playa started because Eran Cohen couldn't find a rental worth trusting.

It was 2015. Eran had been going to Burning Man for years, and every year, the same problem: overpriced bikes with no maintenance, no support on the playa, and no accountability. So he built the operation he wished existed, starting with a handful of bikes out of a van in Reno, and growing into the largest eBike rental fleet at Burning Man.

What we actually do

Every bike in our fleet is inspected, serviced, and playa-tested at our warehouse in Sparks, NV, before Burning Man. Not by a third-party shop, by us, the people who've seen what breaks at 2 am in the deep playa, and know exactly what can't fail.

When you pick up at 1141 E Glendale Ave, you're picking up from the team that built the bike, prepped it for the desert, and will be on-site at Black Rock City all nine days if anything goes wrong.

Before the burn

Full inspection and tune-up at our Sparks warehouse. Charged, adjusted, and ready the moment you arrive. Walk-ins and test rides welcome.

During the burn

Our repair crew is stationed on the Playa for the entire event stocked with parts for every model in the fleet. If something goes wrong, we're there. Not a phone number. Actually there.

After the burn

Full post-Burn maintenance included. Free storage for up to one year for renters who want to skip the drive home with a dusty bike.
