Important: Store Pickup Only

Jager Bikes Playa operates on a store pickup basis only. We do not offer shipping or delivery. All sales, rentals, and returns are handled exclusively in person at our store location.

RETURNS

All sales are final once the item has been picked up from our store. We do not accept returns after pickup.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please inspect your order at the time of pickup before leaving the store. If an issue is identified at that time, contact us immediately at sales@jagerbikes.com so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

•  Items that have been picked up from the store

•  Custom or personalized orders

•  Sale items and gift cards

•  Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees are determined by the date on which the cancellation is requested, as follows:

•  Cancellations before August 1 — Free of charge. Full refund issued.

•  Cancellations between August 1 and August 14 (inclusive) — 15% restocking fee applies. The remaining 85% will be refunded.

•  Cancellations between August 15 and August 19 (inclusive) — 30% restocking fee applies. The remaining 70% will be refunded.

•  Cancellations on or after August 20 — No refund. All amounts paid are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, contact us at sales@jagerbikes.us with your order details as soon as possible. The cancellation date is the date we receive and confirm your request.

DEPOSITS – RENTALS

A security deposit is required for all e-bike rentals. The deposit covers potential damage to the e-bike during the rental period.

Deposit refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the e-bike has been returned to our store and inspected by our team.

If any damage is found upon inspection, the cost of repairs will be assessed and deducted from the deposit. You will be notified of any deductions and provided with a breakdown of the charges. If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, you may be responsible for the difference.

No deductions will be made for normal wear and tear. The e-bike must be returned in the same condition it was rented, fair use excepted.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to cancel your current order (subject to the cancellation policy above) and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability.

REFUNDS

Once a refund or partial refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

For rental deposit refunds, please refer to the Deposits section above — these are processed within 5–7 business days after the e-bike is returned and inspected.
