The rental deposit will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of returning the e-bike in good condition.

Deductions will be applied for any damage to the bike or missing accessories.

Please inspect your rental before departure and report any existing issues immediately to avoid charges.

The following fees apply for damaged or missing components upon return:

Brake System (Front or Rear, hydraulic set) — $35

Brake Pads (Front or Rear) — $20

Controller — $75

Kickstand — $15

Derailleur / Shifter — $50

Front Light (Broken) — $15

Rear Light (Broken) — $15

Flat Tire — $30

Display — $45

Throttle — $25

Seat — $20

Crank — $45

Keys (Missing) — $30

Battery (Missing) — $350

Charger (Missing) — $55
