I had such a wonderful experience with Jager Bikes from beginning to end! Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful via WhatsApp through a mutual connection, answering my questions and helping guide me toward the best e-bike for my needs.

When I arrived, Lola helped me and she was absolutely lovely—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My friend’s bike had actually broken on the way to pick up my rental, and even though my friend wasn’t there, Lola helped me purchase a new e-bike for her on the spot. She made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless and helped me choose the perfect bike for my friend.

Sam was equally friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. The entire team made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless.

I will absolutely rent from Jager Bikes again, and I may even purchase a bike from them myself! They also offer very affordable year-round storage for your Playa bike, which is such a great option for Burners.

Hi there, first of all, I want to thank you for the excellent service and kindness of everyone we met along the way. The 3 star review is more about the bike itself. The main issues we had with the bike are:
1) It was not easy to click the key into the ON mode. It took some trial and error which always cost us some time
2) It was not easy to slide the battery out to recharge it. In fact it was impossible for the women in our group. It felt like it got stuck (yes we put it in the unlock mode on the key)
3) There were a few times when the electric bike part would stop working giving us an "ERROR" message. Thankfully eventually it would work but it wasn't ideal

Otherwise, a great bike and we thank you. We have yet not received our deposit back and am waiting for it.

Great service, pick up and return went smoothly, all 3 bikes worked well, girl at the pick up was so nice and helpful (sorry don’t remember the name but remember the smile :)) will come back next year!
